No more migraines
I have suffered migraines for years. It was so bad in December 2025 that I begged my neurologist for help. He suggested several things that I was unwilling to try due to the side effects. However, he recommended I try 400 mg daily of Magnesium L Threonate. January 2026, I started the taking it. The first month only 3 migraines for the whole month after years of 3-4 migraines a week. Its May 2026 and I have only had 3 more migraines this year. I highly recommend this product for migraine prevention.
