Antique Victorian Diamond Brooch in Silver over GoldA sumptuous symmetrical treat from the Victorian age, this antique diamond brooch is a truly beautiful jewel. Crafted in a multi armed style typical of that era, this gorgeous gem features fiery old mine cut diamonds set into richly patinated silver. The reverse features a removable brooch clasp and hinged pendant bail that were added at a later time. This was sold by Wartski for 8,000 in 2001. Includes manufacturer's box and paperwork.
