The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. It fit perfectly in my 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. I replaced both filters & had no issues installing them. They feel really well made. I could notice a difference in smell right away. It wasn’t bad, I just knew I had replaced them LOL. The value is great for what you get.
